Tokyo Joypolis is giving the highest priority to the strengthening of infectious disease prevention measures to ensure the safety and health of all our guests and staff. Please check the following before visiting us.
Measures inside the premises
Staff / in-premises preventive measures We are establishing the obligation of wearing mask to all our employees. For all employees,we are conducting body temperature and condition checks, employees who have fever over 37.5℃（99.5℉）or who are feeling unwell are forbidden to work. We enforce hand washing, gargling and hand disinfection. Ventilation of the premises. Ventilation is maximized by rising the ventilation volume increasing the intake of outside air with an external air conditioner. Cleaning strengthening within the premises. We will the sterilization and periodic cleaning of the areas of contact for guests, such as attraction safety bars. About entry restrictions *Admission may be temporarily restricted depending on the congestion situation.
Requests for Guests
We ask for your understanding and cooperation. We'll leave it up to the decision of individual guests whether they will wear a mask inside the premises. Guest body temperature will be measured at the entrance. Guests who have fever over 37.5℃（99.5℉）are not allowed inside. Line up leaving an appropriate distance to each group to prevent infection. Guidance to each place will take longer than usual due to the strengthened measures. Please refrain from making a loud voice. Measures for guests with fever symptoms or poor physical condition Guest body temperature will be measured at the entrance. Guests with physical conditions such as fever over 37.5（99.5℉）and strong fatigue (malaise) will not be allowed to enter. In addition, we may ask to leave the premises if we judge that the guest is not feeling well based on the guest's report. Please cooperate actively to a sterile environment by washing your hands,and gargling. In the lavatory of the premises there are liquid soap, and antiseptic at many places.
